Working Out Stinks!

I really hate working out. Working out stinks! I hate lifting weights and walking the treadmills and listening to stupid work out music. What's up with that music anyway, is it supposed to get you motived to work out harder? Any who, I don't understand why you can't lose weight by sitting on the couch watching tv eating chips and dip. You actually gain weight doing that! Diet pills are a waste of time for me to. Every diet pill I have taken has either made me sick or made me mean. I don't like that. So, I guess if I want to lose weight and get into shape I have to do the unthinkable: go to the gym and work out. I rather be watching Golden Girls and eating a bag of Ruffles potato chips.

Hey Again!

I can't believe what happen the other night. I challenged my hubby to a game of Battleship. And wouldn't you know it, I won! Yes that right. I, Melissa, bet my husband at a game. Can you believe it! I won! I won a game against my husband!

For those who may not understand my happiness, you need to understand a thing about my husband. Lloyd has to win every game we play. He hates losing to a girl. He took the defeat gracefully by demanding a rematch. But I knew better than to fall for that.

Hey! My name is Melissa. My husband, Lloyd, has been after me to start my own blog. So, here it goes!

Here's a little info about me! I am 25 years old. I got married to the best man in the world (Lloyd) on July 31, 2004. I am a christian and love to have fun. There are a few things in life that I treasure: my relationship with God, my husband, my family, and my pets (2 dogs and a cat).

Yep, Halo Kitty, Carson, and Jack are the my babies. I love them so much. People ask me when Lloyd and I plan on having children. Well, the way I see it - we already have 3 kids running around our house. Halo Kitty is my cat. Despite what my husband says, Halo is the princess around the house. She gets whatever she wants. Carson is my beagle. Well, we think he has part bassett hound in him too. Carson is a hunting dog that is afraid of guns. Yea, he's a little twisted. But Carson is a cuddler - and I love a cuddler! Jack is a black lab. He is so crazy! He is the youngest baby we have. He's growing so much and he is so fun to watch.

So, there is a little about me and my babies. I hope that this blog brings a breath of fresh air. I know that this blog is lacking a lot. No worries, I'm sure Lloyd will help me with designing everything.
