For Those Who Can't Speak

I was watching CSI the other night and I saw something I didn't like. Dog Fighting. I get so mad, angry, sad and hurt any time I see a dog fight. I can't believe that someone would train their dogs to be mean and violent. Dogs only do what their masters train them to do. I could never train my dogs to attack another dog just for me to see them fight. And it would break my heart for another dog to jump my dogs just because it was trained to do so. To make matters worse, people are putting money on these fights. Gambling when 2 people fight is wrong - but understandable. Humans have the choice weather to fight or not to fight. Dogs don't have that choice. They only do what they are trained to do. Dogs don't have any way to tell you when to stop or when enough is enough. I can't see the joy of watching a dog severely harm another dog just for fun. No amount of money could ever change my mind. Believe me, there are times I wanna kill my dogs when they do something very bad. However, I never act on these emotions. I would never willing put my dogs in any harmful situation. I would never put any animal (other than a bug) in a harmful situation just for my enjoyment. Dogs are put here on this earth to serve man and to be a companion. They will protect you when you need help. They will fight for protection of their masters and home. Dogs are loyal creatures - they are not meant to fight for human entertainment.

Random Thoughts

I really love my husband. However, I don't understand his love for Call of Duty 4. He plays this game all the time. I get jealous sometimes over that game. But Lloyd needs his guy time. And I guess that is what Call of Duty is for.

I really love my dogs. Jack is so neat. He's laid back and easy going. You never have to worry about Jack. Now Sawyer is a different story. Some people would say that Sawyer is out of control. Sawyer is a puppy. He keeps me on my toes. You never know what to expect from that dog. He's really funny. And I believe that if it wasn't for Sawyer, Jack would be become lazy and fat. I really love these dogs. They have totally different personalities.

I really hate doing laundry. No matter how much you do, there's always more to do. It never ends!!!

I really enjoy church. Yesterday was the first Sunday I got to set in the service. I really needed that. I am so happy to be on a rotation with some other awesome ladies. It was nice to set back and get fed.

I can't believe that it's over 70 degrees in December. What's up with that?

I am really looking forward to going to bed. I love my bed so much. It's really nice when I have my Halo Kitty with me. She becomes quite the cuddle bug when it's cold outside.

I really enjoy my new job. I actually look forward to going in. I do, however, hate waking up at 6:00 am. I really hate the traffic on my way home. Some people need to learn how to drive.

Well, I hear the buzzer on my washing machine going off. That means I need to rotate the laundry. Like I said before - the laundry never ends.

New Job & Christmas

I really love my new job. I have been training for over a week. At first I was overwhelmed. Now I'm starting to get it. I love it when things finally click. There is still a lot I have to learn, but the more experience I get, the more I will learn. I really love it. The people that are training me know that it's a lot - they are more than willing to help me. I love it.

And I know I sound like a broken record, but I cannot believe that Christmas is here. Yes, we have our Christmas decorations up. Lloyd was so excited to get them up. I just can't believe it is time to exchange gifts and attend all the Christmas parties. This is Sawyer's first Christmas - he's not so sure about the Christmas tree in the house. I'm sure it's going to be a fun holiday.
